ICT Strategic Review & Development

Information Security & Governance

We undertake compliance health checks with gap analyses, focusing on current security and information management practices. These result in recommendations for robust measures and best practice (in line with ISO 27002) to protect your information assets, improving your Information Security Management System (ISMS).

The introduction of an ISMS is part of the ISO 27001 standard supporting the UK Government and Connecting for Health best practice recommendations.

Assessing Value for Money

We evaluate the total cost of ownership of ICT systems and services, taking a view on value for money and assisting clients with the best value challenge process.

Business Cases, Evaluation & Procurement

We develop bespoke business cases (in line with Prince2 methodology where appropriate). A good business plan forms the basis of the evaluation and procurement of optimal ICT services and systems.
