Jan specialises in building working relationships between the private and public sectors, specifically in the Housing sector.

He created the first fully private consortium that went on to win a Pathfinder Housing PFI in Canning Town, Newham. Jan’s housing experience includes being Assistant Director of Housing at the London Borough of Greenwich and housing roles at the Greater London Council, Tower Hamlets Council and the London Borough of Lambeth.

Jan works with senior housing professionals and local authorities to provide senior management support and implement change. Clients include the London Borough of Ealing, Ascham Homes, Medway Council, Gravesham Borough Council, Aylesbury Vale District Council and First Choice Homes.
