Pinnacle consulting has recently been successful in securing £32million of PFI credits for the London Borough of Harrow to renew street lighting across the borough. We are currently working with the community, safer neighborhood teams, heritage and environmental groups to ensure that the project is a model of good practice and has sustainable energy solutions at its heart.
