Pinnacle PSG has a 15 year track record of managing mixed tenure sites that incorporate both social and private housing as well as retail, commercial and other public realm features.

Our one-stop-shop approach ensures low management fees and service charges with a consistent approach to all residents and service users.

Our solution is based on staff recruited from both the private and social housing sectors and is underpinned by Tenant Services Association (TSA) and Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) accreditations.

As well as private for sale residential, social and affordable housing, large retail superstores, specialist retail outlets and commercial enterprises we actively encourage other social enterprises and third sector agencies to ensure a sense of community.  

Our unique offer reaches further into the community by including the management of public realm features such as parks and play areas as well as community facilities such as cycle clubs, job creation and community activities. 

The service is supported by a robust back-office solution that supports the creation and administration of service charges, sourcing insurance, engaging independent auditors, managing sink funds, preparing and co-ordinating major works and section 20 consultation.
